Types of Services Offered:
I offer Basic, Standard and Custom Ceremony services.
The Basic ceremony takes a few minutes. It is simply an exchange of vows. This is a simple, pre-written ceremony.
This ceremony is what most other officiants offer, it is secular in tone so that it is appropriate for any religion.
It's great for an elopement, or very small gathering of less than 25. This ceremony works very well for a vow renewal
ceremony as well.
There is no in person consultation for the basic service. A telephone consultation is all that is needed.
The ceremony can be selected from samples provided.
A Standard Pre-scripted Ceremony is already written for performance at your chosen site. However, it is clearly a more
elaborate ceremony- my intention is to simplify without losing purpose or elegance.
This ceremony is very popular with many couples and their guests, used mainly for couples who want a small gathering,
perhaps at a reception hall or in someone's back yard, and want the wedding ceremony to last 20 to 30 minutes.
This ceremony can be semi-personalized to fit the couple, using different openings, readings,vows, ring
exchange, unity ceremony (sand, wine, candle, etc), final blessing, and pronouncement.
A Spritual or Religious Ceremony can be choosen from several pre written ceremonies if you would prefer under the
standard ceremony service.
For those who want to be creative I offer the Custom service, which allows the couple to design whatever they want.
This service is popular with the couples who use chapels, or for those who get married at special locations. This
type of ceremony also incorporates cultural traditions a couple might wish to have in their ceremony.
Do not be afraid to "step outside the box" and be unique. Your guests will love attending a wedding that makes them wonder
what will happen next. Relax protocol, have fun and don't be afraid to ask for your own thoughts, ideas and dreams to be included
in this type of ceremony.

Consultation meeting to discuss details and ideas for your standard and customized ceremony can be either
by telephone, email, or in person.
There is never a charge for a consultation with me. This can be at your home, the actual wedding ceremony site,
a restaurant, or other location, which ever you prefer. We can even do this consultation over the telephone.
During a consultation, I learn how you built your relationship and what type of ceremony you would like.
I try to educate my couples so that we can take the guess work
out of the selection process, and explain what will happen in all the parts of the wedding ceremony. I present to my
couples, options and examples on how their ceremony can be designed to exceed anything their invited guests have ever seen.
Unlimited e-mail and telephone contact. My home telephone has an answering machine so please do
leave a message if I am not able to take your call . I try to return all messages within 24 hours.
Once you have booked my services for your wedding ceremony, I will give you either sample ceremonies
for the Basic or Standard ceremonies, or my workbook with samples of ceremony elements to assit you in writting your customized
ceremony.
The ceremony isn't complete until you "sign off" that you're happy with the ceremony which I have written for you, using
the choices you selected.
Document Service:
After the ceremony I will sign/handle all the legal documents, and return them to the court within the specified time.
I make a copy of your wedding license just in case anything happens and it does not get delivered to the Court House for registering.
You are responsible for obtaining your wedding license.
It is my responsibility to fill it out and mail it back to the County within the required time frame.
A commemorative wedding certificate to have as a keepsake after the ceremony. This is the official certificate
issued through the church I am ordained with. It is much nicer than the offical wedding license, and is suitable for
framing and placing in your home.
Travel
You will know the total cost for my services at the consultation we have.
Travel fees are included in the Basic and Semi Customized Standard Ceremonies.
A Mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will apply for Customized and Exclusive Ceremonies after a 60 mile radius from my home
location. (Round trip mileage of 120 miles)
The Officiant fees should be considered a very small but very necessary part of the overall expense of the occasion.
I find that I have been one of the most affordable Ministers to officiate wedding ceremonies in the State of Colorado.
I'm trying to keep my wedding officiant rates affordable without compromising the priority of personalized attention to each
couple and their own wedding.
For most ceremonies fees are between $250.00 and $500.00.
If you are eloping or finding an officiant in a short time please do call me, I have several basic ceremonies that
you can choose from to make a ceremony just for you.
For couples on a limited budget, please contact me - I will work with you and your budget, so that your wedding is truely
wonderful. I would rather be there for you, if what I offer is what you need and want, than have cost be a dominant factor.
